Order Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your order, you can do so without charge up to 10 minutes after placing the order. Should you wish to cancel after 10 minutes, you may incur cancellation fees as we may have already started preparing your food. Cancellations are not accepted once the order has been dispatched for delivery or is ready for pick-up.
Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
In the event that your order arrives incomplete, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us immediately at +39 06 6992 1026. A photo of the order may be requested to assist in our investigation. We will assess the situation and may offer either a refund, a discount on a future order, or a re-delivery of the missing or incorrect items at no additional cost to you.
Quality Concerns
At ExploringThePast, we take pride in the quality of our food. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please notify us within 2 hours of receipt. You may be required to return the uneaten portion in its original packaging to our location at Via Margutta 51, Rome, 00187, Italy for inspection. Depending on the outcome of our quality check, we may offer a refund or a replacement.
Refund Processing
Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days of the request. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used during your purchase unless otherwise specified. Depending on your card issuer's policies, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your account balance.
Non-refundable Items
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless we have made an error or the items you received were incorrect. Gift cards, promotional items, and concessions are also non-refundable.
